Building a Recipe Mobile App

CookBook is an iOS application I designed and developed over 7 weeks. The app allows users to search for recipes, save recipes, and build meal plans and shopping lists. The user can see the ingredients of each recipe, and its health information. The application uses MVVM architecture, built with XCode and Apple native Swift Data.
Sensorium
Immersive Art Installation
Sensorium focuses on the universal sensory experience of the bathroom. Every person in the audience can relate, but every person also has different thresholds for what stimuli cause sensory overload and why. When the viewer enters the installation space, all they see and hear is Sensorium. This onset of stimuli evokes emotions of panic, overwhelmingness, and anxiety. However, as Sensorium progresses and concludes, the audience emotionally progresses as well.
Inventing an Interactive Key Hook

Inspired by my roommate’s forgetfulness, I tackled a serious issue: forgetting your keys at home. This product senses the weight of the key on the hook, and the opening and closing of a door, then the device loudly and brightly notifies the user that their keys are left on the hook when they open the door.

The Denver Zoo ticket purchasing flow is too long, frustrating, and doesn’t meet user expectations. I worked on researching and designing a new ticket flow prototype that solves the current issues and employs modern UX design conventions.
